Been trying to find some info on removing the bearings on an Abu Mag 6500C3 CT Mag Hi-Speed…

Can anyone advise how to get the bearing pictured out! The brake block assembly (Part 1116727 on the schematic) doesn't seem to want to budge. I've tried moderate force but get the feeling i'm missing something….no apparent cir clip like on the Mag Elite. Do the x2 pins need to be pushed out or something?!

Have trawled on here including the stickies & youtube but drawn a blank..

Thanks in advance to anyone with the answer!

The black plastic and pins are in one piece and just push on, use a small screwdriver to gently lever off at the thickest part, remember how it goes on, the bearing should have a thin metal washer behind it also.

What he said, but b carefull not to break the pins they will snap and do, as i found out. The older metal 2 pins are much better. Dont think they fit the newer 4 slot pinion tho.
