May i suggest that the spinners can be salvaged as effective 'flattie' spoons. although last time i got some cheaply the hooks corroded quickly and the split rings needed replacing for the money they make a good attractor. espescially as plaice are begging to show now. I have also caught small bass, pollock, coalies and mackerel from the rocks on these Aldi spinners, a much cheaper alternative to the bridun Launce, Deter Wedge or Abu Toby. At that price you don't mind so much if you loose the odd one.

How do you know what they're selling on the 3rd june?

My wife works there and she finds out a month before at best (usually its just a week)

I agree with the fact it'll be cheap crap though.
