Catching is not always easy from the kayak , especially right now , however we enjoy the exploring aspect in this sport . This week we started from Gourock in Scotland and paddle right across the firth of Clyde , a 2.5 miles paddle .
In this trip we stayed clear of the submarine and enjoyed some fun ride :
The S301 sailed pass .

We found a nice beach to rest .

The ferry terminal was busy .

All part of the fun .

Had to catch something at the end for all this effort .

A mini Codling and a new 2019 species , A little grey cute gurnard .

We enjoyed a good paddle in some nice scenery .

6 miles with hardly anything to report . But a good paddle .

There is always next week . Till then , tight lines all .Nico
