my mate in work sed he went for a walk in porthcawl and told me people were catching mackeral up there

we fished the stackpole area 4 them monday and only had 1, but is was huge almost 2lbs!! lots of small pollack and the sandeel are about so wont be long

Blimey! i had one last summer that was well over a 1lb but you should have sent in photo for that one for one of the species lists on here!:notworthy :clap3: :sun:

I tried for them today with sandeel under the float but couldnt get bugger all, wont be long though especially if this weather stays with us for another couple of weeks:yeah: :yeah:
