just seeing if anyone fished dungie during the day yesterday anything happening ?

fished the point from 10til 6 small whiting allday on black lug bit of weed about hour before high water but seen it worse a walker told me some one had a larger fish in a bag further round to the power station but dont no what it was

i fished by the 2 boats 10am-7pm whiting and more whiting, on black lugs, more whiting to whole squid baits, nothing elese to report, the man in seagull tackle said a 2 lb codlin was caught during the week

well i have not heard of anything being had on the cod front as of yet. and yes i am down there most days for one reason or another

The reports from tony at seagull about the codling are 100% true. My mate had it a few days ago. Not a big fish but a codling none the less and was def caught. A bit of wind from the right direction and there should be a few more showing up.

A mate fished there on Friday and was plague by loads of small whiting!!
Heard a rumour of a couple of codling from Hythe tho:wallbash:
