bass: last chance saloon
due to work andfamily commitments all summer and poor weather i havent had a bass and its driving me mad! with our lass due to drop nipper number two im not going to get much chance now, anyone any recommendations for a last chancer? baits tides? any help appreciated. ravenglass to maryport. also has anyone heard of sole being caught on whitehaven piers? apparently a few have been caught lately casting back into the harbour

Danny if I were you I'd take a look at lthe results of ast night's match at Drigg when they're posted. That should give you an idea of whether or not it's worth fishing a night tide down Drigg / Seascale way.
