hi mate, i've never fished there, but i want to in november. i've heard it can be dangerous to fish there, so if anyone with local knowledge, wouldn't mind meeting, it would be great. :) :) matt

I have only fished there the once, you have to pick your tides very carefully, only fish it on neaps. The water is VERY deep there and I would suggest rorron bottoms! The rocks can be a pain in the ankle so wear the appropriate footwear!

Yes it can be dangerous 2nd highest tidal in the world i believe and very strong currents but good fishing during those long dark and cold days. When i lived in Bristol that and apart from ladye bay use to be a local fishing mark though it was a few years ago now. Planning to do Ladye bay though this winter.
