<font color='#000000'>Try getting in touch with the people at Veals in Bristol. They have a lot of Bris Channel experts who will clue you up.
As far as I can remember Burnham is where the River Axe enters the Channel and there is a sort of sea wall along the front. Just up the road are the Berrow Flats. I suspect your gear will be fine for close range bass/flats/eels with rag/lug/peeler as bait. Take a few leads of different weights with and without wires and you should have some fun.
Sorry I can't be specific about marks but I've only been there once for about half an hour.
