well done for getting out there in the next couple of weeks im gonna start my lrf campaign and in fact my return to sea fishing for a few years
I've been sea fishing nearly 30 years now, and fished the best times and with some of the best rods in Norfolk and Suffolk none my mates really go now unless it's worth it shame for the younger boys and girls as they have never experienced the good years of codling and cod but on the plus you have plenty hounds bass and rays now so not all bad,but I think I would be right in saying that the only thing in the winter, autumn and spring is codling and cod.

There is a low pressure and some winds from the Nor'.
So if there is any green fish out there they will be along this stretch next week. Unlike Jamie i've fished this (these) beach (es) for 50 years. It's not exactly time for a spring run but historically and looking back January has turned up some decent fish over the years so I suppose it's worth a go. On the off chance they will come calling ?
