It's a week late and it's hardly worth reporting really as .....you guessed it - I completely blanked - not even a nibble which surprised me to be honest as I always catch on the east coast.

I fished the east side at high tide late afternoon and early evening until the mongs came down with their Carlsberg.

My two year old caught three crabs - I didn't even get crabs!!!!

But here's a couple of photos of my 4 hour hanging around session.

Thanks Silverfish but I live in London and unfortunately I'm pretty sure I'll not be back for a holiday in Looe again - so it was very disappointing as I thought I'd be hauling them out of the water down there - not to be, rather strangely. Maybe I should have tried Seaton instead?

If you come to cornwall again.come further down the coast around mevagissey area.some great marks & give me a shout.:thumbs:

Sorry but you fished in the wrong place. Looe beach is very shallow and sandy and don't hold many fish.
West Looe is the right place, rocky, loads of wrasse. Next time?
