I can’t find much information about which brands are best used for a 60/70/80lb shockleader.

After recently discovered Sandmans Tackle Time Youtube channel - https://www.youtube.com/user/SandmansTackleTime1

I am keen to try out Blue Marlin Mono but it’s completely sold out at UK Hooks.

Are there any other brands of shockleader recommended?

I've had no problems with Gardner and varivas
For tapered leaders daiwa or varivas.

Iv never had a problem with any brand
Get your knot right and all should be good

Ive used 60lb greased weasel for years (if its not broke why fix it?) Tigthens down into a nice small knot imho, strangely the grey seems to tighten down smaller than the clear???. For making rigs i use 80lb mono, have tried all sorts and all seem very similar.
