what is the best budget boat rod??

Looking for a 6lb to 12lb class rod for abot £30-£40. It has to be able to handle upto 8oz.

Any recommendations??

i have also seen some cut down carp rods that make s..t hot light boat rods belinda at hot rods builds them from conoflex or tricast blanks
