Ok, let me just start by saying that im not asking for an exact location here (and i understaand why people wont give them away), just a general idea of the area.
Am I likely to get many/any off Hartlepool piers/Shore?
Is the Sunderland any good/better?
Hows Seaham?
Never really targeted them and am gona give it a shot this year. Rigs and things im cool with, its just the whole area thing I aint sure of.

One other thing of interest, anyone have any idea what the sand eel population off Hartlepool is like?

inside of northgare was alright, but not sure if it still fishes ok.

If you know when to go you can get bass of the hole at Parton and from Steetly towards the gate. Best baits are sandeel or peeler crab, used on a two hook flapper or clipped down rig.
