Hi all, is there anywhere in kent that is showing bigger fish than all the measly (10-15cm) pouting and whiting you get around deal, i'm fed up with catching tiddlers - preferably from the shore - and what baits work well.
as i have said in a few other posts...there has been some reports of schol bass to about 3lb from the river medway...especcialy at the isle of grain.....lug worm and peeler crab as a bait apparently.....
I fish the Swale, have done for years. Bass will be few and far between until mid May around Sheppy, maybe a bit later. I don't fish in earnest for Bass until June.
