Hi all, just thought i would throw this one out there. I have just bought a 3 peice Bison flotation suit for £60. Due to lack of funds and the time of year, i opted for the cheap version. Does anyone have this suit or know about them???, are they any good??. I dont intend falling in the sea though. LOL!!!

Or perhaps it's a great suit for a great price?
I'm gonna get one, and might get a pair of their neoprene boots (see sellers other items) too.
More expensive does not necessarily mean better:uhuh:

i have had many suits and this comment is drivel.
the bison suit is far better than most on the market [fact] the price is very fair due to no middle men [fact]the suit will last [fact]
sundridge suits are 1st class-most others are c--p.
in this case you do get what you pay for ,a very good deal [fact]
go on pay alot more if you like for a crap suit cos of a name on it .
i have nothing to do with bison but i know the suits well and they are recommended by many.

Just got back from Hutchwins in Porthcawl. Cold night:cold: With a blank but the suit was awesome. Very warm indeed and i had a bit of a soaking by one swell and i was bone dry. So all in all very happy with this suit and i would recommend it.

I bought one not long ago. (as a couple of mice decided to eat the one i had) due to a tight budget the bison two piece seem to fit the bill.delivery didn't take long.
I find the suit confitable and warm and quite light, my other suit was a real heavweight in comparison.
plus i like the stuff bag it comes with a nice little touch.

Hi Blackmouth.

Can you advise me on the appropriate sizing of these suits.

I'm about 5'11'' and 42'' Chest. Normally wear large in jacket and baggy extra large Tee shirts and want it for shore use only.

Regards.

Iain

I called the seller a few days ago. A large is 42" chest and 29" inside leg on the bib n brace
I'm kinda buggered though, cos the ex large is only 31" inside leg, I'm a 33" normally :g:
Is inside leg measurement so inportant in bib n brace? Cos if it isnt, I'm still buggered, as I'd need a ex-large bib n brace with a large jacket :wallbash:

Bought 2 of these suits today, from newmills trout fishery who own the fishing mad web site, Well impressed by the quality of the suit for the money, tried it on in the shop and the sweat was running down my face, without the thermal suit. 50 pounds a suit or 60 with the thermal all in one with hood.
Cant wait to test it outside now.

tight lines
