Fished loughor today with the kids get them out and into it but no fish playing ball. Nice out looking forward to next time, maddies for bait

Give that mark a go in the evening, gets better after dark, mix up the maddies with a bit of lug, usually gets a bass or flatty fella

Unlucky on the fishing!
We fished over by the pylon 2 week ago for small 6 to 8 inch flounders on maddies
Very quiet everywhere at the mo

Fished there last night 2 small flounders 1 decent flounder

Well done @daiboy morris Getting the kids out into the fresh air is an achievement in itself, even if the fish didn't show up. Keep them at it and hopefully you'll soon be posting thier beaming faces and holding thier catches. 👍🎣🎣🐟🐟

I used to do the same thing as you. Funny thing is, I've never caught flatties off the bridge, took the wife and kids, which resulted in my daughter being in sea angler 9 years back

North channel will produce them fish imsure of that dabs dogs flounder. Its crossing the stream that may be an issue for them

The tides are a little too high for Loughor at the moment, try on lower tides, three hours either side of high water. Still it is good to get out.
