I just fished high tide below the coast guard station. All I got was one bite and it took the bait with it. All I saw anyone else catch was what looked like one small bass.
Is Tutt still good for Mackie, and when is best time to go for them?

i had a walk around there yesterday morning. its a bit hit and miss there, saw some birds dive bombing what seemed like white bait in the water in bracelet bay. i think your better off battling with the rest of the anglers at knab rock. i saw a dozen or so come off in half an hour between 10 anglers. they were quite small mind you.

i find tutt better in winter. whiting / some codling come off around the rocky areas between the pier, bracelet bay, tutt head and rotherslade.

does any one else have much luck there in the winter?
