After weeks of bad weather finally managed to get out on a couple of trips, on thursday fished on my own at Aberthaw and managed 10 hounds from some inshore marks, most of the fish going well into double figures, then on Sunday my mate Roger was with me, we started on the same mark as thurs. which strangely didn,t produce one hound infact didn,t produce much at all although we did see two porpoise surface very close to the stern of the boat.
After a quick move into some deeper water we were soon into some fish and managed 10 hounds from this mark with Roger landing a specimen 16lb. starry and 13lb. common along with a nice Blonde Ray and loads of strap conger, a move back inshore but again the fishing was quiet, still not a bad days fishing with some decent weather for a change.
