myself and two friends fished the Leah James yesterday, 3 congers (biggest around 10lb), one ray and around a dozen dogs were caught on a windy but enjoyable day. must say the recipe the skipper give me for the conger i kept went down a treat! :notworthy​

Lol was a gd day mate, i done my conger aswell last night but i had to chuck alot of them as they were full of bones!! was proper gutted. but the 1's i ate were lovely.

Maybe next time ill just batter the whole fillet that way it will be easier to tackle the bones.
