sorry this close to the match nobody going to say owt scared of losing their takings it all gets a bit serious which takes the shine off a working mans sport. Spurn road usualy ok but lots ok coastline and there will be lots of anglers. Good luck anyway

cheers m8 never fished up north before do u fish short or long hook snoods+wat bait i got fresh blacks live razor hoping to get live crab as well

 

Odd big fish being caught here and there, 4 doubles this week, a few whiting and flats but very patchy.

The bait you have is spot on m8.

 

I am just taking the usual frozen/fresh blacks, blow, razor, mackerel, mussel anything i can lay my hands on. From reading reports lug with mussel or squid seem to be as good anything as for snood lengths depends on the sea but id go for pennel rigs.

have you tried the crab carte yet its been fishing very well all winter
