fished aboard grey viking out of brighton today on a wreck trip.
we started off at anchor after conger but were plagued by pout.
if you could keep your bait down for more than 5 mins you were doing well.
we had around 6 eels upto 50lbs.
we then spent the second half of the day drifting.we caught 8 cod,4 pollock and lots more pout a few whiting and some mackys.
finished the day feathering up some fresh mackys for the bbq.
nice weather and a pretty good day.
