Finished work early so decided to do a few hours at the marina as i fancied a general fish rather than a specimen hunt (i did put one rod out with a Bass in mind).

Caught a Red Mullett within half an hour and although i had a lot of bites this was the only fish caught on the rod, i was getting bored so i stuck the net in the water with a Mackeral tail in this resulted in a rather large and agressive Velvet Crab, multiple micro pout and a micro pollock which nicely obliged in sliding down the line as a live bait.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable session although very unproductive.

I saw a lot of Bream being caught further down the arm.

Looking forward to tonights Bas hunt now, may the good wind blow.

all the best

Andrew
