Hi All
Went Down To Brighton Marina West Wall On Thursday Morning, Weather Ok But Rain Forcast. Got There At 6.20am. Tackledup With Feathers And Live Bait Rig. 2 Hours Feathering Not 1 Mackerel. Lobbed Out The Other Rod With 4 Large Peelers On Not Even A Nibble After 3 Hours. Fished Right At The End Of The West Arm Next To The Toilets (known Spot). A Guy Down On The Bend Caught Loads Of Pout Small Ones Using As Live Bait I Bet, As The Rain Wind And Fog Arrived Was Time To Call It A Day. I Think That Its Gonna Be A Bad Bass Year And Mackerel Not 1 Well Says It All. Ive Been Fishing A Good 20 Years + And Never Known It To Be This Bad, I Remember The Water Bubbling With Mackerel On The Marina And Seeing So Many Fishermen On There Too. There Was 3 People On The Arm Me My Brother And 1 Other Just On The Bend I Think Every 1 Knows The Trawlers Have Cleaned The Oceans
