What a nightmare, took the head lamp off charge ,plugged it in had a short and melted it .So phoned the tackle shop to ask if they stocked spedleo headlamps ?he said yes, so went in on the way down ,but he didn't have the right one .I wanted the fx3 . (does anyone no who stocks them? or will i have to send of for it ?) back to the fishing . With no light , decided to fish pennarth life boat slip .I caught one small codling and one small conger . Dropped a Pollock blanked . not many fish caught . Chap next to us was using small hooks and baits and was catching small whitting ,one rockling and one small codling . For me , I quite enjoyed myself , even though the night started badly .Doesn't look like i missed much down the foreshore . As a reply to the other matter , I've never been clamped at the foreshore or seen anyone clamped . What will they try next to stop us fishing these marks ?
