Hi looking to re do my kompressor ss graphics as one of them is more worn than the other but not sure on how or were to get it done. I'm from north east so need it doing locally so I can drop off and pic up as it costs so much to post them both
Also a new shrink wrap on the handle and both sections.

Not in a hurry but would like my 2 rods to be mint condition as I like to look after my gear :)

The only way to do century is waterslide or vinyl stickers as they are screen printed in the factory, this would prob mean doing both to match though....

Give rossco a pm he may be able to help

either go through century get them to reprint and laquer over it for you, or pm crazyplums on here for some stickers to send to a rod builder.

The Century factory is in Washington and they will redo the graphics for you; along with the not fit for purpose reel seats the logo graphics wearing away is a common problem on the early Mk II century rods. Give them a ring, don't think they charge that much to do them

Last time I spoke to Simon I think it was ÂŁ5 per screen print onto the blank, then obviously the carriage fees there and back.

Hi mate, I got a price off century last year to re-print the logo on my MK2 kompressor wr300 and it was ÂŁ15, this included re-tying the butt ring as they can't do the re-print without removing it. I was also quoted ÂŁ9 for carriage but wouldn't need this as live close by the same as you. They've got a small factory unit on the Crowther Indusrial Estate in Washington, very easy to get to.
Hope this helps.

Thanks very helpful

Will look into it :)
Just a recent update mate, Century can re-print the logo without taking the butt ring off, cost around a fiver, only thing is that the logo is re-printed about 1/2" lower than the original.
To get it in the original place the butt ring has to be removed then re-tied and the shrink wrap up to the metal band has to be renewed, cost around ÂŁ20.
I know this because I've just dropped my rod off at the century factory to get the latter done:laugh:
