Had a few hours outside Chalkwell station tonight, Schoolies everywhere, first cast on both rods produced fish, it wen't mad for a while and I kept missing em due to either unhooking, baiting, or watching the other rod.

Then the usual mad bastads turned up, about 120 years old and swimming 10ft from you every bloody tide and that killed the fishing for a lil while, I have warned them about flying leads many times but they couldn't give a flying wassisname, they have swam there every tide since 1877.

Entertainment was produced by between 70 and 100 chav types having a bevvy about 40 yards away, one threw a stone at me while setting up my pod, taking my filleting knife from it's sheath and saying eenie meanie miney mo stopped that shenanigans from happening again, about an hour later an ambulance and a paramedic were escorted by a police car to see to a young girl, I wounder what was was a matter with her :drunk: :g:

An hour after that 3 police cars drove along the wall and parked up amongst them, I don't think they even got out of the motor, just showing there presence, they continued patrolling the sea wall every 30 minutes, as we left another paramedic turned up.

Final count 1 schoolie for the lad, 6 for me, although we didn't have the peace and quite we were after it was still to wet a line
