I guess on the bright side they were at 50% worse last time I fished one of Brandons comps and a fair site colder.
That float could be trotting pretty damn quickly and what about wind against tide???
I'm still lookin forward to it and may have a go tomorrow over HW after lunch.

So you are going to practise are you!! I will still bring my float gear, because if the wind is against the tide then the float will not move so fast, in theory!

I havn't been out for weeks and that was only an hour spinning in the Ogmore estuary on the last set of daytie high tides. It looked good with lots of surf but not a tap for the three of us fishing.

I fished a club match at Newport Saturday, not a touch. It would have been better if I went down threw some money in the water and came back home!

I thought that was what you normally do when Match Fishing, throw your money in the water, get cold & wet then go down the pub?
