Wind and weather looking good so off for a session down ferrybridge Saturday!
In need of some fresh blacks rather than frozen though if any1 can help?

Fishes good day and night mate but daytime it's better if the water is murky.. Fished it once or twice before wen it's been clear and blanked. And griz if I went digging blacks I'd have to travel atleast 70 miles and on small tides u would have a job getting any.

Down to ferrybridge bud, probs be busy as its a Saturday so be bit of a track finding a spot, looking to get there for around 3:30 And probs do 12hr session! :) ;)

I did the yomp from Ferrybridge to the Bridging camp with 3 rods, bivvy,food drink, 20 leads and about 6lb of bait, etc, etc, etc..
The walk nearly killed me, especially coming back after fishing for 16 hours. I said then" never again" and guess what????????
I am planning another trip, i will however take much less kit.
I am also tempted to row across the fleet in a dinghy, got to be easier than walking on that porridge.
