fished tide up 4 hours - half way between rossall school and the point

first cast a really nice plaice about 14" long on large sand eel (lip hooked so it was returned).. not a sniff therafter - fresh black - peeler - sand eels - feathers/hokais - all ignored

lots of crabs nickin bait - lots of brown sticky slime- like dark pearls on the line - algae? :yucky: brill weather tho

we were just down the slabs from you al , similar story too , that algae was pretty bad on the incoming tide

out myself thursday jason and myself have the whole day out fishing weather permitting :):):)

HI ALL This brown algae stuff does not sound good Would not surprise me if it came out of lune deeps all sorts of chit in there I hope the winds pick next week
