Going to get some Mighty Bright for my rods, and, on the same topic, someone suggested Clip On Torches that clip on to your tripod, and aim upwards toward the rod tips.

Something that looks like this with a "bendy" head:

These are out of stock at Amazon, but, the aluminium would suffer on the beach anyway, plastic would be better.

Anybody know where I can get some?

I did find this on my surfing quest, looks pretty good with the adjustable clamp:

Sea angler had something called Nova 3 which a powerful light/heater that can be clipped to your tripod and shines up at the tips. Looked really good for I want.
