Hi, Im wondering if its possible to join any fishing clubs in the Cumbria area. Im a born again angler (Sea) after a 10 year break and would welcome the chance to meet/fish with people of similar interests.

Im a 37 year old male living on Walney (North Scale). I am interested in all aspects of sea fishing.

Any links, contacts etc would be greatfully received.

Thanks for the link James, based on Walney I am actually shocked there isnt anything local to me except whitehaven or workington!

Guess I`ll just keep plugging (im starting to learn about lure fishing) away on my own for a bit

alright mate there ffa club in barrow and gaz grithes has a couple of opens comps then their millom club
and for boats their is one on wanley

ok mate you have got the barrow fishing club and you have got millom who hold a lot of comps you want to give dukey a pm and he will sort you out with the barrow matches and g11nts for the millom matches cheers peter
