Wed the 10th was pretty windy start and we didn't go as far east as we would liked to,

With a strong N/E blowing on a small ebbing tide the boat was all over the place.

Even though the boat was swinging in the tide the doggies were still being a pest, there is still hundreds of them and plenty of Whiting to be had as well.

On the Cod front we had three, biggest being just under six pounds and the smallest just making three pound.

It was short day and as we packed and started to run for home the wind just dropped.

Nice report, it seems the Cod are of a decent general stamp this year.

I can't wait to get out there, my freezer is virtually empty now!
It is nice of them to turn up this year lol

Where does cloud nine run out from and is it a charter or private boat...out of interest? If the Thames produces it's generall a good omen for the rest of us.
