Hey guys just wondering on your thoughts of line being left on a spool for well over 8 months... can It still be used as no sign of wear? However i understand the line does stretch so is it in my best interest to just renew the line?

Hiya Joely, as long as its not been left in direct sunlight it'll be fine.

If you have a handy lamppost to tie the end to, it might be worth giving it a gentle stretch, to reduce coiling problems.

No been kept in tackle box in shed for the last 8 months lol need to get back into my hobby

If the line has not been used for a while 1st cast for me is lead only , no end tackle to get the line stretched and wet.
Should there be any bedding in best not to lose too much gear !
