Seen one of these for sale and was wondering what they are like?

I fish mainly mixed ground using an abu 6500 and oht or brighton cast

think maybe i will leave it although seems a good deal with the rod and a ct mag elite for about £100

notice in the classifieds here that there are a century cme and a tip tornado lite for sale. would these be more suited?
