The British boat-caught record was smashed last week with this fantastic fish of 6-9-8. Caught west of Guernsey by Ray Fallaize. I took this off another famous fishing forum as I thought you might like to see it.

Fantasic fish! They have already had them over 4lb from the north Cornish coast this year, so the record was looking like being broken anyway.

The European shore record is over 16lb (yes, sixteen!) from Gibraltar if I recall...:blink:
