It's fishing well for wrasse and red cod if you can get them away from the snags quick enough fishing to the right of kilwining rock about 50 yards along.
Or along to the left of the rock.
the rock it's self is not doing to good.
The harbour is a hit or miss it can produce well but you would be better from the rock marks. best bait for me is fresh lug worm dont go wasting peeler as it is rough ground if you are fishing from the harbour try and aim round any creels that you see you will have a better shout of a codling.
This time of year the harbour is full of small coalies. The water last week was gin clear and you could see the shoals of them. My son managed a wrasse of about 1lb, but the bait only had to hit the water and it was attacked by coalies. I would head up to Fifeness for the wrasse and red cod for better quality fish.
