Flounder - rub you finger from head to tail - slippery
then rub you finger from tail to head - also slippery
Dab
Do the same as above - but when you run your fingure from tail to head it will feel rough.
Once you have either fish, use the above method to determine which one, then remember the shape. They are different.
Flounder can also have orange spots (so don't confuse them with plaice)
