Just got back from walk down to deal pier, sea is currently super duper calm almost like a mirror.

Weather, about 12 degrees very slight breeze and pier has 4 people on lower deck and around 10 on the top of the pier.

Ill be heading out there about 3pm to fish as its open until 10pm now.

Yeah new times started yesterday... And a worse note the pier prices are going up today, Not by much mostly stupid ammounts, handlines are now 5p more, rods are around 10-20p more.

On a side note me an my gf both got our letters from dover council yesterday inviting us for interview as a pier attendant at deal pier this Thursday! only 58 people applied and it was taken down to 15 for interview, shes the only female.
Happy days!

As for fishing, we headed down about 3pm, strapped 2 2 pieces rods to the side of my motorbike (no more telescopics for me) and centrepin in bag and shot down to the pier to fish.

2 score of lug and some mackerel we where ready to fish. First cast from me reeled in about 5 minutes laters with a little female doggie on the end.
Rest of the night consisted on about 50,000 crabs 5 codling and a flounder.

Wasn't too good ended up throwing 2 mackral and half a score of lug off the pier as it was just empty.
