Fished from 12.30 to 5 Saturday at Flint Cob. 1st cast for Iain produced a triple header of eel. These proceeded to get well knotted and ruined his rig. My first cast produced an eel I can be proud of per attached link.http://www.wirralseafishing.co.uk/cs/reports/images.php?recno=3799 Unfortunately that was the end of the catching. Two guys nearby caught 1 eel between them and further up three guys had just the one small flounder. We did hear a report of three trawlers close to the mouth of the estuary that morning. I wonder if that was the reason for the lack of flounder and plaice?
