Hi all, I get the odd small dimple in the hi build finish when I coat large areas such as decals. Not full fish eyes but smaller versions of that type. Always clean the blank with meths before I apply so at a bit of a loss how to stop it happening. Any ideas would be very welcome...

Thanks in advance

I've always put it down to a bit of dirt or oil embedded the way round it for me I've found is once rods turning and highbuild settling I just give a quick blast of heat then brush over the dimple if it persists just wait a few more mins then drop a bit of highbuild directly onto it then let it keep turning and that usually sorts it for me.

Happens fairly often, normally some type of contamination, answer is more or less above.
