Coming over from Scotland for a wedding this week. Donegal. Will be staying in the Stranorlar area.
Will have a couple of days when I can maybe get a couple of hours fishing in.
Anyone advise on suitable spot. Nothing too strenuous as I'm cracking on a bit and will leave rock climbing to the young guys. Pier or accessible rock would be good. I'm thinking the coast round about Donegal town.
Thanks for any advice.

It is but bring plenty of grip lead with you as the tides can be ferocious. Let us know how you get on.

Teelin pier fishes well on incoming tide, best at night though.

Rossnowlagh beach has very easy access you can drive right onto it. Set up behind the hotel if possible.

Bundoran has evening boat trips for a few hours most evenings.

PM me if you need any more info and I will help you out

Sea angling Ireland . Org will give you some marks. Mount Charles pier, Rossnalwagh beach and Wardstown beach flounder and rays main targets easy going though. This site will also give you the marks on the northern coast as I see you are basically equidistant from both shores. Tight Lines!
