i have just won a rod on ebay that i had never heard of although im very familiar with the company.
Its a drennan 12ft team england beachcaster. i never realized that Drennan even made beachcasters
Apparently its based on a zziplex blank.
Oh in case you are wondering i paid £51 for it. it seems to be in very good condition and is complete with its hard case and reducer

Alan Yates mentions it in his casting video (4.06 minutes), quite an old model that never really took off but a capable rod all the same. They also did a 13' model as well. Quite a thick tip compaired to other rods in the same class but well built. Good price for a useable rod.

Bargain! I've got a fox beachcaster, they're also a primarily river tackle company that had a brief foray into sea gear. Love mine,so hope yours is as good..
Some of the Fox sea gear was great! I've had rods and reels from them. All great quality.
Their sea hooks are the best I've ever used (the FA pattern). My stocks are starting to run low 😱
