I've had a look at the planning application and the reality could be more than just access to the point restricted. It looks as though there is also a large area to the back of the power station (marked EDFENGL shingle placing), Galloways (shingle profiling) and an area from Jury's Gap to East Sutton (shingle placing and profiling) so the overall effect will be disastrous for winter fishing on this stretch of the coast. How long will it take for the shore fishing to recover?

Hi guys, there's a full story about the Dungeness situation on the Total Sea Fishing mag website. Might want to take a look at what the EA have to say about it.
Can't see them totally fencing off the whole area, as during the flood/ebb they will have problems, can see that if heavy plant is in operation then for safety they will restrict access by Joe public, I'm sure that it will not be all bad as they might let people fish if they keep away from the diggers etc,
Hi, I only heard about this a couple of days ago. Could some one please give me an update on where us anglers stand at the moment and more importantly what precise impact this could have on disabled anglers fishing this area, many thanks CB.
