Fished halfway between the point and the boats over high water. Lots of fish mostly just sizable Dabs and small whiting. However two of the whiting neared the pound mark, surprising for this time of year.

Bait was local lug with fish tip.

Have to say I was not expecting much with the calm sea and sunshine.

All I can think is that I was on the other side of the point from you.

As we were going i looked around and it was very busy down there. By the looks of what the people to each side of us caught it was smallish stuff, dabs and whiting. I didnt see anything any bigger coming out.
