Me and Chris were umming and arhhing yesterday about where to fish and at the eleventh hour chose the river Medway around Gillingham.
So off at 01:30 we arrived at 02:05 and were set up at 02:35 which was far too late, but we were up for giving it a go.
5 minutes after casting out I had a nice tap...tap... and pulled in a small bass. 20 minutes later, Chris had a good tap and also pulled in a small bass.
Bit of a wait and then I got a nice pull down and landed a nice plump bass of around 2 1/2lb
We had started too late and should have arrived at least an hour earlier, but was at least dry and warm and will be going back there soon :fishing1:
