Might be up that way for a year starting next September. Any local marks worth trying? Tackle shops? Contacts? Definitely up for some serious rough ground cod fishing. I'll buy the beer if you supply the info.

Hi Rhod,

If we're blessed by North Easterlies winds - there are loads of shore marks down East Lothian way - 20 miles east of Edinburgh.

If South Easterlies winds appear then it's across the Forth Road Bridge to Fife/Arbroath - where there is a reasonabler chance of a double figure winter cod from the rough ground.
