If you go to the west side of shellbay where the trees are at the end of the caravan site, there is a small burn called the Cockle Mill burn.Anywhere from the mouth of the burn to the point straight out from it you'll be able to get sea trout. The spinner works very well and you may be a little past the very best time for them, but they are still some there. Also works freelining a sandeel.Best times are half water either on the way in,or on the way out.
