we are going to head somewhere on sat for a session but we cant decide on whether to hit loch etive or arbroath. checked weather etc for both and still no sure, lol.
anyone been to either lately?, how are they fishing?

still closed but they've cleaned a fair bit up so might be open by weekend.

just heard that, think its only open till 6pm then closed again and back to the detour?

Obviously the north-west coast has had significant rainfall over the past 3 weeks, the east not nearly as much. Not sure how this would affect the lochs.................

Mate that's like trying to pick between as chocolate cake and a chocolate cake lol. I was at anstruther last weekend and it fished really well nothing big but action all night mate..

was at Arbroath a couple days ago, well many tryers but no catchers. This was on a specific day but had a few bites from small fish but no decent ones. still, a bit early in my opinion perfect conditions but it just felt too early. Hope this helps your decision
