not fished there for ages used to fish to the right behind the buildings,and last time i did found it to be a little snaggy{tackle graveyard} have had flatties there and saw a young lad a few year back land a 7lb bass from there ,
did fish from the wooden jetty also and had some nice flounder of it but they dont like you doing that

Wouldn't get me on that jetty anyhow, the thing's cursed and half of it previously drifted off and ended up near lytham creak
