Sadly, both way out of my price range. If you fish North Wales and money was no object, where would you want to live?

1st one no thanks, public all over your front lawn but bonus being the little cafe that is brilliant.
2nd one is better and closer to the better fishing.

If a choice i would go for somewhere down near the sea zoo.
